Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or blow molding operations.
• Forklift certification or readiness to achieve certification within designated timeframes.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret technical documentation and safety instructions.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding equipment, including preform conveyors, ovens, blow molders, and airveyors per SOPs.
• Execute equipment changeovers for multiple bottle types, resins, and line configurations.
• Perform quality checks, preventive maintenance, and sanitation to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose and respond to machine alarms and system reports to prevent downtime.
• Safely operate forklifts for material handling and transport components.
• Maintain accurate production logs and equipment documentation for traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot variances and drive improvements.
• Support audits, equipment overhauls, and new packaging process introductions.
• Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures and line documentation.
• Serve as primary trainer for new team members to foster safety and teamwork.
