Job summary

KDC One in New Albany, OH is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our dynamic production team. This entry-level role focuses on building, packing, and palletizing products with attention to quality and safety.

You'll work a dayshift, have access to great benefits, and opportunities for growth in a climate-controlled facility. Training is provided to individuals with a High School diploma and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you.
• Ability to follow work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble containers, closures, and carton systems with precision.
• Pack finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Check quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment.
• Collaborating & training - work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.

Shifts:

1st: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

2nd: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm

3rd: Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am

Pay:

$14.75 - $16.75

What You’ll Do
