Job summary

KDC/ONE Columbus is hiring a Compounder to mix ingredients, batch bulk products, and ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting at the New Albany facility located on Beech Road and 161. You will stage materials, operate batching equipment, and document processes in SAP to maintain accurate inventory.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/ GED with strong math and reading skills, experience in compounding or processing, and familiarity with GMP/OSHA and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with strong math and reading skills.
• Experience in compounding, pre-weighing, or processing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/OSHA and proper PPE use.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfort working around hot water, cleaners, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stage and measure raw materials to create batches of bulk product.
• Operate batching tanks, mixers, and equipment to exact specifications.
• Conduct visual quality checks and report anything unusual.
• Clean and sanitize equipment to keep everything compliant.
• Collect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as needed.
• Document everything in SAP to keep inventory accurate.
• Partner with maintenance teams on calibrations and upkeep.
• Work safely in a fast-paced, wet, and chemical-friendly environment.

• Comfort working around hot water, cleaners, and industrial equipment
