Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies division is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift in Greenville, SC. You will follow specifications to fill and package products and operate packaging equipment.

This non-exempt role offers overtime opportunities, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401k, and paid time off. Training is provided for forklift operation.

Qualifications

  • HSD/GED or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in varying conditions (hot in summer, cold in winter).
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Fill and package products according to specifications.
  • Operate pumps and packaging equipment.
  • Print and apply labels accurately.
  • Palletize finished goods for shipment.
  • Operate a forklift (training provided if needed).

The hourly pay rate for this role is $18.50. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
