Job summary

Henkel in the United States is seeking a dedicated production teammate to support the Adhesive Technologies unit. You’ll work in a safety‑driven environment, following GMP and GDP practices while helping meet daily production targets and maintaining high quality.

The role involves teamwork and continuous improvement within a non‑climate‑controlled area. This position requires lifting up to 55 lbs, standing/walking up to 12 hours, and wearing full face respirator as needed.

Qualifications

  • HSD/GED or higher is required.
  • Preferred chemical batch making experience.
  • Ability to work 12‑hour rotating day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
  • Wear PPE as specified for each area.
  • Follow GMP and GDP practices and complete documentation.
  • Meet production targets and communicate downtime.
  • Provide feedback for safety, quality and production improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.

What you´ll do
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and actively participating in the safety program.
  • Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified for each area.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Complete all documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure housekeeping and 5S activities are completed throughout and at the end of each shift within the assigned production area.
  • Meet production targets, urgently communicating any and all downtime that hinders achievement.
  • Actively train, as permitted and coordinated by Production Supervisor, to become certified in all areas of production.
  • Provide feedback and continuous improvement ideas involving plant safety, quality and production to the leadership team.

  • Perform various other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

The hourly payrate for this role is $22.50. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
