Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Packaging Technician for the 2nd shift in the United States. You’ll join a small team on a packaging line, operating machines safely and adjusting equipment to meet specifications.

The role requires 1-2 years of manufacturing experience and proficiency with Word and Excel. Flexibility to cover extended shifts, weekends, and holidays is needed. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Willingness to flex schedule including extended shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve issues independently and understand when additional support is needed.

2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30PM-10:30PM

The hourly payrange for this role is $21.1. This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
