Qualifications

• Experience in a packaging/manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily setup and operation of packaging lines and equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following PPE, 5S, and cGMP/OSHA rules.
• Troubleshoot issues and support maintenance activities as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized; support cross-functional teams.
• Assist with training and cross-training other operators as required.
• Meet production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives.
