Job summary

On-Board Services is seeking a Packaging Operator in Assonet, MA to support packaging of finished goods and operate related equipment. The role requires handling small containers, operating dryers and blending equipment, and moving materials with pallet jacks and forklifts.

The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma, basic mechanical and computer aptitude, and at least 1 year of forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform package operations of small containers to tote quantities of finished products.
• Operate dryers and blending equipment.
• Performs material movement operations using pallet jacks and fork truck.
• Completion of batch packets and packaging packets for finished goods.
• Observe and adhere to all safety guidelines, SOP's, and best practices.
• Assists the team in EH&S improvement opportunities and implements EH&S practices.
