Job summary

HyTech Spring & Machine is seeking a 2nd shift Secondary Operator in our Packaging area to handle final processing, quality inspection, packaging, order preparation, and basic equipment operation.

You will complete required paperwork and maintain a clean, safe work area while following safety procedures and wearing PPE. This role requires basic math, reading, and communication skills and may include forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred; training provided.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Team-oriented with good time management skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Forklift certification preferred.
