Job summary

Medical Devices Company in Woburn, MA is seeking a Packaging Operator for a 12-month contract (on W2). The role runs 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential overtime.

You will perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products, and ensure batch records and device history are accurately maintained. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience, strong attention to detail, and basic math and computer

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of industry work experience.
• Ability to read and understand documentation and follow procedures.
• Must be able to work overtime and flexible shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and team player.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Familiarity with computers and general business software.
• Must adhere to PPE and contamination control.

Responsibilities

• Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
• Perform finished product packaging to meet customer and internal demand.
• Inspect in-process packaging and components for quality; remove defects.
• Maintain documentation for batch records and device history records.
• Assist with inventory counting and safety audits.
• Clean packaging stations and processing equipment regularly.
• Comply with PPE and contamination control procedures.
