Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Operator to join our Rensselaer, Indiana facility. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and collaborate with the team to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience. Expect a 3-2-2 schedule with 12-hour shifts, on-site at our Indiana facility, with day-one benefits and safety-focused training.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic to moderate computer and iPad proficiency.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic math including measuring, averaging and ranges.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production setting with changing conditions.
• Ability to work 3-2-2 schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate, stock, and monitor packaging machines on production lines.
• Perform routine product and process quality verifications.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues.
• Maintain required production and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and policies.
• Partner with team members and provide support across the line as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and plant standards.
