Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Ability to work safely and reliably in teamwork.
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine sequencing.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• English reading and safety guideline comprehension.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging operations to maintain line performance and quality.
• Set up and monitor automated packaging equipment including case packers and palletizers.
• Perform changeovers for different package sizes and product specs.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Complete package integrity testing and escalate defects as needed.
• Assist material handling with pallets and stretch-wrap adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production reporting on systems and interfaces.
• Identify equipment anomalies and troubleshoot with maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize lines and dispose of waste per safety standards.
• Adhere to lock-out/tag-out procedures and safety practices.
