Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or food production environment.

• Experience operating automated packaging equipment and reading technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment including case packers and palletizers.
• Set up changeovers for different package sizes and product specifications.
• Perform quality checks and packaging integrity testing on finished goods.
• Support forklift drivers with material handling and adjust related systems.
• Document production data and monitor line performance on control interfaces.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and sanitize production lines per standards.
