Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years of manufacturing experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and forklift certification. This role requires physical effort, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or food production.
• Ability to work safely and reliably in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with automate production equipment and PLCs.
• Forklift certification required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment daily.
• Set up, operate, and monitor line equipment for different products.
• Perform changeovers for varying package sizes and specs.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure labeling accuracy.
• Complete package integrity checks and report defects.
• Support material handling and assist forklift drivers.
• Document production data and changeovers in systems.
• Identify anomalies and coordinate with maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize lines to meet safety standards.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out and other safety procedures.
