Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including walking, standing, and occasional lifting.
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to problem solve as needed.

Responsibilities

• Randomly check parts produced every hour for defects to ensure specifications.
• Monitor flow of parts into assembling machinery and storage containers.
• Tend machines such as palletizers, case packers, and box machines.
• Perform duties on lines with varying tasks and part sizes.
• Maintain housekeeping of work areas.
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Work at different stations as production needs require.
