Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a night shift production worker for the 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM shift. You will pack products, inspect packaging quality, and follow safety and housekeeping guidelines to maintain production standards.

Responsibilities include labeling, date/lot stamping, lane coding, starting up processes, keeping records, and reporting any equipment issues to supervisors. Adherence to Amcor’s policies and continuous improvement culture is essential.

Responsibilities

• Packs polyethylene bags/liners in a neat and orderly manner according to job specification, closely adhering to the count per box.
• Checks quality of products for width and length, seal strength, packaging specifications, twist ties, and any other specification noted as special instructions.
• Report all production or equipment problems to Machine Operator and/or Supervisor.
• Place date and lot number on all cases.
• Use lane coders to stamp each carton.
• Observes all safety regulations.
• Maintains clean work area at all times.
• Assists in processing start-up as required.
• Maintains required production records as required.
• Perform other related functions and duties as assigned or required.
