Job summary

Qualifications

  • Successful drug screening and background check.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter...
  • Safe and efficient operation of production packaging equipment including case forming, packaging, and palletizing equipment.
  • Set-up, operate, and replenish fiber gluer and/or taping equipment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in detail without deviation.
  • Generate pallet identification labels according to the production schedule, verifying case quantity, product, product ID, and production dates.
  • Set-up case coding equipment and validate product case codes per specifications.
  • Verify and record accurate product case quantities.
  • Identify and communicate any out-of-specification product conditions following notification protocols.
  • Perform routine equipment adjustments.
  • Operate lifts safely.
  • Complete production records and documents accurately and neatly.
  • Perform equipment change-overs, clean-up, and setup.
  • Perform environmental controls and product reclaim operations as per guidelines.
  • Support audits and follow all occupational health, safety, GMP, and Food Safety procedures.
  • Crosstrain with other departments.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards.
  • Comply with all food regulations and company policies, including ethics and workplace climate policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with coworkers and other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, dairy experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (SQF, QA/QC, HACCP, SOP, GMP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong math and technical skills, ability to operate equipment controls and touch panels.
  • Successful drug screening and background check.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good attendance record.
