Job Opening: Experienced Packaging Operator (Full-Time)

Location:Fifty West Brewing Company – Cincinnati, Ohio
Pay:Starting at $20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Start Time:Varies between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM depending on packaging needs
Start Date:ASAP

Fifty West Brewing Company is hiring an experienced Packaging Operator to step into a key full-time role on our production team. This position supports our Head of Packaging and is ideal for someone with real experience who can work independently, take direction well, and keep the line moving.

We’re not asking for perfection, if you can show up, work hard, and follow through, you’ll do well here. We’re building a team that’s dependable, positive, and serious about making great beer efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate the canning line, keg washer, and other packaging equipment
• Assemble variety packs and prep orders for distribution
• Help with inventory management and cooler organization
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work closely with the Head of Packaging to keep daily operations on track
• Train and support less experienced team members
• Assist with delivery runs and general warehouse tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of brewery packaging experience
• Comfortable running equipment and solving on-the-floor issues
• Organized and motivated; shows up ready to work
• Clear communicator who doesn’t sit on problems
• Focused and able to handle physical, repetitive tasks
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong sense of floor awareness
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Willing to take ownership of daily tasks
• Clean driving record is a must
