Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee day-to-day packaging activities in our Reagent Manufacturing area. You will manage scheduling, coordinate with shifts, and work with R&D, planning, and QA to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, training, and continuous improvement within GMP-compliant processes. The position requires at least 3 years in packaging, supervisory experience, and familiarity with SAP/MRP and Master Control systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an Assembly/Packaging or comparable environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years in a GMP environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a regulated safety environment (OSHA).
• Minimum 3 years in a Quality System Regulations (QSR).
• Experience with SAP or similar MRP system is desired.
• Experience with Master Control or similar system is desired.
• FDA, TUV and customer audit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily packaging schedules on assigned shift to meet demand for Finished Goods.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors for smooth transitions between shifts.
• Work with Master Scheduling, R&D, Mfg Engineering and Purchasing to meet customer demand and on-time delivery of materials.
• Ensure adequate training of Packaging personnel and manage safety, waste, and cost reduction.
