Job summary

WAI Global is seeking a Warehouse Planner to support the Packaging Supervisor in preparing sales order shipments and collaborating with the Outbound team for accurate, timely deliveries.

You will work across departments to ensure customer deadlines are met, analyze schedules, and plan materials and equipment layouts to optimize workflow. Strong communication and ERP experience preferred for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4 years’ experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Outlook; ERP experience preferred.
• Capable of following instructions and prioritizing tasks.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to meet customer order deadlines.
• Analyze production schedules and estimate required worker hours.
• Create detailed schedule timelines to meet shipment dates and equipment specs.
• Plan material flow and layout machines per work orders.
• Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and improve methods.
• Support training of associates and contribute to team productivity.
