WAI GLOBAL is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler/Coordinator to support the Packaging Supervisor in preparing sales order shipments and to collaborate with the Outbound team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

The successful candidate will analyze production schedules, estimate labor hours, and create detailed timelines to align with customer shipment dates and equipment specifications. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years’ experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret various documents including safety rules and procedure manuals; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with departments to meet customer order deadlines.
• Analyzes production schedules and estimates required worker hours.
• Creates detailed schedule timelines to meet shipment dates and specs.
• Plans material flow and machine layout based on work orders.
