Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field required.
• 3-5 years of management experience in multi‑department manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and food/beverage production preferred.
• Experience designing and driving process improvement in a food environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct production resources and lead supervisors to meet safety and production goals.
• Analyze production data and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Manage budgets, COGS, and training to meet current and future needs.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve OEE and waste reduction.
• Coordinate cross‑functional partnerships with Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales.
