Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with packaging concentration.
• 5+ years hands-on packaging improvement experience.
• Experience with high-speed packaging lines.
• GMP, sanitary design, and OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or WCM background.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve current packaging operations; introduce new technologies.
• Troubleshoot packaging issues and optimize line efficiency.
• Develop procedures to reduce setup and changeover times.
• Support capital projects and new product testing.
• Ensure safety and compliance of packaging equipment.
• Provide technical training and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop budgets and project justification.
