Qualifications

• Over 10 years in senior operations leadership with executive exposure.
• Proven ability to optimize and scale manufacturing, packaging, logistics or related ops.
• Strong financial and KPI management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and logistics functions.
• Develop and execute growth-aligned operational strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and profitability.
• Set and monitor KPIs across operations and customer service.
