• Hands-on with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or similar CI methods.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Decisive in fast-paced environments with strong time management.
• Ability to collaborate across Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily floor operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Implement waste reduction, cycle time reduction and cost efficiency strategies.
• Apply mechanical knowledge to support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or CI methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to hit production goals.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols, policies and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and frontline staff for growth and performance.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of key operational data and improvements.
