Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Senior Machine Operator (Packaging) on 2nd shift to support assembly, inspection and packaging of medical device components. The role focuses on achieving production goals while ensuring quality and compliance with GDP, GMPs and PLM-based procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience in assembly/packaging and can read and follow detailed work instructions, with strong documentation skills and familiarity with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience related to assembly and/or packaging.
• Experience with packaging processes, labeling, and visual inspection.
• Knowledge of GMPs and DHR content is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, BOMs and Routers.

Responsibilities

• Perform device assembly and packaging in a clean room environment.
• Print and apply labels onto pouches and blisters; assist in label reconciliation.
• Operate packaging equipment, sealers, and inspection steps.
• Assist during changeovers and line setups.
• Maintain DHR, ERP accuracy and complete documentation.
