Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficient in SAP.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, decision-making, motivational and organizational skills.
• Strong self-confidence and leadership skills required.
• Basic mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 40-70+ direct reports and coordinate daily activities.
• Direct the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of employees.
• Interviewing, hiring and training new employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety policies; maintain a 5S environment.
• Review production orders, schedules and KPI data to optimize operations.
• Provide training and develop employees to meet future needs.
