Job summary

BioSource International, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Supervisor with prior experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing to lead production teams. You will oversee staffing, training, safety SOPs and GMP compliance, and coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.

Strong lean manufacturing background and leadership skills are essential to coach teams, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions. Bachelor’s degree preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of team leadership to Production employees.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and motivate the team.
• Organize employee training to ensure qualified operators and GMP/SOP compliance.
• Resolve conflicts and disciplinary actions when required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment running at maximum efficiency.
