Job summary

ASR Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and coordinate maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and cost control. The role requires leading by example, planning preventive maintenance, and steering teams to maximize refinery uptime.

The position calls for 5+ years of related experience and 3+ years in a supervisory role, with a High School Diploma or GED. Saturday/Sunday work and occasional overtime are possible.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical systems with rotating and fixed equipment.
• Familiarity with NDT methods and vibration/oil analysis interpretation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to write reports.
• Experience with SAP or similar PM/inventory systems; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance of a safe/healthy work environment and leads safety initiatives.
• Review, approve, and schedule maintenance work orders; ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate daily maintenance for maximum equipment up-time and efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs; manage resources.
• Interface with vendors; evaluate equipment parts; control costs and overspending.
• Lead maintenance/engineering projects; prepare technical and non-technical documents.
