Trinidad Benham in LaGrange, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Support to assist the Maintenance Manager with planning and implementing plant projects within Packaging Operations. This full-time role requires coordinating project phases, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Millwright experience including moving and installing equipment.
• Excellent welding and fabrication skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well with all levels of personnel individually or in a team.
• Must have strong math skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to organize and plan work.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle deadlines and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of plant projects.
• Analyze possible solutions.
• Communicate with affected parties regarding solutions.
• Prepare recommended action plans and obtain management approval.
• Design projects including required labor and materials.
• Negotiate with vendors for materials.
• Prepare and obtain approval for estimated costs.
• Establish deadlines and supervise projects to completion.
• Coach, train, and oversee Maintenance Associates.
• Maintain communication with Maintenance Supervisors and Operations Manager.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Enforce company rules and procedures consistently.
• Ensure food packaging safety, defense, and quality standards.
• Participate as an Alternate team member for coverage when needed.
• Foster cooperation and team spirit among Maintenance Associates.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
