Qualifications

• Minimum five years supervisory experience.
• Millwright experience to move and install equipment.
• Excellent welding and fabrication skills.
• Able to read blueprints and work with/without prints.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of plant projects from planning to execution.
• Analyze possible solutions and prepare recommended action plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders for plan approvals and updates.
• Design projects including required labor and materials and negotiate vendors.
• Ensure deadlines; supervise projects through completion.
• Coach and supervise Maintenance Associates to meet company goals.
