Job summary

Trinidad Benham in LaGrange, GA is seeking a production line operator to set up and run the line to meet quality specifications, maintain the machine systems, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot common machine problems.

You will operate equipment at peak efficiency, ensure the correct inner cartons are used, lift up to 35 lbs as needed, and support safety and maintenance programs while contributing to a reliable production flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand ten hours (twelve during busy season) and walk stairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot common machine/quality problems and make necessary mechanical adjustments to correct problems.
• Operate equipment at optimum efficiency.
• Ensure proper inner cartons are being used for product being run.
