Dieffenbach’s Snacks in Womelsdorf, PA is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to run our packing lines, ensure correct seal integrity and seasoning, and keep the line moving with quick adjustments. You’ll be hands-on, read gauges, and maintain cleanliness to meet GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Run packing machines, ensure accurate weights and seal integrity.

• Assemble boxes, apply labels, and prepare shipments per customer specs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and follow GMPs and safety protocols.

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Mission):

Run the machines, own the process – You'll operate our packing machines like a boss, ensuring accurate weights, seal integrity, and just the right amount of seasoning.

Pre-production prep – Get machines ready before the shift starts and fine‑tune them on the fly for different product runs.

Change it up – Switch out rolls of film, adjust formers, and make quick adjustments to keep production smooth.

Seasoning scientist – Set and monitor the flow to make sure every chip gets the flavor it deserves.

Inspector mode: ON – Manually check, inspect, and hand‑pack bags to keep quality top‑notch.

Box it, sticker it, ship it – Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases to customer specs like a packaging ninja.

Be a clean machine – Sanitize equipment and keep your area (and yourself) production‑ready.

Safety + Food Quality = Always – Follow all GMPs, safety protocols, and food quality standards.
