About You

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Mission)

• Run the machines, own the process - You'll operate our packing machines like a boss, ensuring accurate weights, seal integrity, and just the right amount of seasoning.
• Pre-production prep - Get machines ready before the shift starts and fine‑tune them on the fly for different product runs.
• Change it up - Switch out rolls of film, adjust formers, and make quick adjustments to keep production smooth.
• Seasoning scientist - Set and monitor the flow to make sure every chip gets the flavor it deserves.
• Inspector mode: ON - Manually check, inspect, and hand-pack bags to keep quality top‑notch.
• Box it, sticker it, ship it - Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases to customer specs like a packaging ninja.
• Be a clean machine - Sanitize equipment and keep your area (and yourself) production‑ready.
• Safety + Food Quality = Always - Follow all GMPs, safety protocols, and food quality standards.
