Job summary

Gold-Eagle is seeking a packaging operator to safely operate and change over packaging lines, ensuring a quality product. This role performs line setup, routine inspections, and basic adjustments while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has machine operating experience and strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on reliability and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Make minor adjustments to packaging equipment with safety, quality, morale, costs and customer emphasis.
• Set up packaging equipment in an effective and timely manner.
• Maintain quality with continuous inspection and escalation as needed.
• Complete SPC transactions accurately and timely.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and programs.
• Demonstrate professional interpersonal skills to support business objectives.
• Support line operations to ensure production flow and meet standard/run speeds.
• Follow safety/housekeeping practices and escalate hazards promptly.
