American Health Packaging, a part of Cencora, is looking for an Operator I for their facilities in Columbus, OH. This full-time role involves verifying materials for production runs and operating packaging equipment efficiently. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and responsibilities include machine setups, quality assurance, and collaboration with maintenance.

Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare repackaging material and equipment for production run.
• Responsible for packaging machine set up and changeovers.
• Operate packaging equipment, including troubleshooting.
• Repackage raw material into finished product per specifications.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout the shift.
