Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Manufacturing Packaging Operator to join our production team. The role involves preparing repackaging materials, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMPs in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm shift, and a base pay of $21.00 per hour not including shift differential. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.

• Must read, write and understand English; complete compliance docs for production runs.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good judgment to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic problem solving for production issues.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare repackaging material and equipment for production run.
• Package machine setup/changeovers for production runs per SOPs.
• Operate packaging equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Repackage raw material into finished product meeting specs and quality standards.
• Work with maintenance for mechanical issues and escalation when needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitized production areas and records.
