Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Packaging team in Fall River, MA. You will prep, operate, and maintain packaging equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards and safety requirements.

You will document output, assist with line sanitation, and support inventory and audits across prerolls. The role requires the ability to stand all shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a regulated production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field with strict health and safety policies; regulated products.
• Strong task-management skills, ability to multi-task and adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Experience in operating machinery a plus.
• Effective communication skills; strong attention-to-detail.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level is necessary.
• Ability to read, understand and apply learnings to PLC displays, machinery dials, measurement devices and working parts of large-scale machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean packaging machinery safely and accurately.
• Follow process specs and efficiency targets for product output.
• Maintain quality by adjusting parameters within specs to meet standards.
• Remove defective product and rework into usable production units.
• Perform GMP cleanups and sanitation of production areas.
• Complete audits on WIP and FG prerolls and document results.
• Monitor consumables and notify when reorders are needed.
