Job summary

Amcor in Chino, CA, is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for downstream packaging. You will perform repetitive production and packing tasks, monitor product flow, and inspect quality to meet customer specs. The role requires adherence to safety rules, data entry, and multi-station flexibility.

The position offers hourly pay and the opportunity to work across stations while following SOPs and JSAs. We value safety, teamwork, and reliable operation in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to perform basic math and use a computer.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as directed.
• Complete required trainings including compliance and safety.
• Operate production equipment per schedule; work at multiple stations.
• Monitor product flow and troubleshoot equipment.
• Input data to label and package finished products.
• Perform quality inspections of in-process and finished products.
• Maintain packaging materials and housekeeping.
