Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Chino Machine Operator for Downstream packaging. The role involves performing repetitive production and packing tasks to mass process plastic bottles, operating equipment, and ensuring product quality.

You will follow safety rules, complete required trainings, and monitor product flow through processing machines. The position requires basic math and computer literacy, ability to read and follow instructions, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and use a computer.
• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive production and packing operations to mass process products.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as directed.
• Operate production equipment and monitor flow of product.
• Troubleshoot machinery and assist adjustments/repairs.
• Input data to label and package finished product.
• Maintain packaging materials and follow procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections of in-process/finished product.
