Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Cup Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) in Burleson, TX. You will operate multiple packaging systems, load materials, adjust settings, and document production data, while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of manufacturing experience or equivalent training. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays, and comply with all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months experience in manufacturing or similar setting, or equivalent training.
• Ability to read production documents and safety instructions.
• Capable of basic math for weights and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate 6+ packaging systems and load materials for production.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain target weights and run efficiently.
• Document production data and downtime records accurately.
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards and participate in changeovers.
