Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months manufacturing experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read production documents and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging systems and monitor continuous operation.
• Load film carts and adjust settings for weights.
• Select packaging materials and perform changeovers.
• Document production data and logs.
• Clean and sanitize equipment per COP/CIP.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
