• Flexibility: eligible for training periods, weekends and overtime.
• Physical Demands: able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run, change over, ensure efficiency and quality on 3–5 packaging machines.
• Communicate changes and plans to nearby team members and supervision.
• Perform set up, operation, and product quality tests with data collection.
• React to direction from QA and management; work in a fast, repetitive pace.
