Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial food processing equipment.
• Background in food or beverage manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate with the team.
• Basic math, conversions and run-rate calculations.
• Ability to follow instructions and use common sense.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to run production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operation of industrial food processing equipment.
• Follow precise recipes and procedures; monitor and adjust variables.
• Perform product quality tests and data collection.
• Monitor fryer temperatures and oil temperatures to maintain consistency.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment.
• Change slicing heads hourly to ensure consistent slicing.
