Aerotek is seeking a Packaging Line Worker for a contract-to-hire role in Pacific, MO. The position operates Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, with a 40-hour week and available overtime.

You will review returned packaging materials in a climate-controlled facility, with potential progression to permanent union production positions based on performance. The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while adhering to safety and food-grade

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, can maintain focus throughout the day, and take pride in consistency and quality. This position is Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, offering 40 hours per week with unlimited voluntary overtime available.
