Job summary

Tiltay Brands, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Line Tech Manager at our Production/Packaging department. This is a physically intensive role in a fast-paced production environment, reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager and taking direction from the Packaging Supervisor and Shift Leads.

The role requires prior packaging experience, the ability to lift 50-165 lbs, and tolerance for loud, hot conditions. A High School Diploma is required, with opportunities for growth within the packaging

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a packaging environment preferred
• Ability to carry/lift 50-165 lbs and work in a loud/hot environment
• Education: High School Diploma required
• Pre-employment background check and driving records may be required

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety standards set by Breckenridge Brewery.
• Complete required safety trainings and report safety concerns.
• Operate packaging equipment per the Machine Operations Matrix.
• Assist in machine changeovers and end-of-run counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper paperwork for the area.
• Raise issues to Shift Leader or management promptly.
