Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Line Lead to oversee packaging operations across shifts. This hands-on role supports production leadership to ensure tasks, processes, and equipment run per schedule, including bagging, packing, and palletizing, while covering breaks.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in manufacturing, be able to train new employees, monitor performance, and cooperate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to effectively train new employees on job duties, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Must be able to follow and enforce established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Must be able to monitor employee performance and communicate production or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Must be available to work additional overtime hours on the assigned shift every other Saturday when production demand is high.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on GMPs, seals, customer requirements, and packaging procedures.
• Perform the duties of the Packer, Bagger, and Palletizer and cover breaks when needed.
• Enter, retrieve, and update information accurately in the ERP system (PLEX).
• Assist teammates on the production line with problems and coordinate with machine operators.
