Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced mathematical skills are required.
• Advanced computer experience.
• Three plus years' equivalent experience including training/facilitating.

Responsibilities

• Relieve the bagger and the palletizer operator.
• Operate and understand robot and complete changeovers.
• Able to help with quality when needed by the quality department.
• Stand in for quality during the DMR when the quality lead is unavailable.
• Participate in site safety activities and FPY improvement teams.
• Lead/float on the shift and mentor new employees on safety and quality.
• Coordinate lunch breaks and breaks for employees on all lines.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
