Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate and maintain major packaging equipment on production lines in a safe, efficient, and quality-driven environment. You will follow SOPs, perform minor repairs, and support maintenance while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with GMP and OSHA standards.

Two years of manufacturing experience and familiarity with SAP and HMI are preferred. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work overtime as

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; in lieu of diploma/ GED, years of experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA safety requirements.
• Experience with SAP and HMI systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment on production lines.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements at all times.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to maximize runs and identify malfunctions.
• Document production activities accurately per SOPs and WI’s.
• Conduct routine cleaning and support preventive maintenance with mechanics.
• Ensure finished products meet quality specs and proper coding.
• Maintain clean, organized production areas in line with GMP and quality standards.
