Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a packaging operator to set up, operate, and maintain aerosol and liquid filling equipment, ensuring defect-free finished goods. Emphasis on safety, 6S, quality, and uptime goals, with adherence to standard work and timely changeovers.

Responsibilities include running the packaging line, performing TPM and quality checks, and collaborating with teams to drive continuous improvement while meeting TAKT time and data recording requirements.

Qualifications

• Must pass Lean audits (6S, Standard Work, SMED, TPM)
• Operate and changeover complex packaging equipment
• Blend materials to meet specifications and follow instructions
• Ensure safety and quality controls in packaging operations

Responsibilities

• Pass Lean audits including 6S and TPM
• Operate and changeover packaging equipment on the line
• Blend raw materials to meet specs per SOPs
• Follow Standard Work and Key Points for each task
• Assist with creating and sustaining standard work
• Perform TPM activities
• Carry out quality checks as assigned
• Collaborate with teams to promote Continuous Improvement
• Coordinate changeover activities using SMED tools
• Analyze downtime data with maintenance/leadership to improve uptime
• Input data into process collection systems
• Maintain attendance and accurate data records
• Meet TAKT time targets during changeovers
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
